Baltic subregional trainings

Location: Baltic SRT will be held in the countryside, away from the major towns. It is located in Prienų district, a beautiful rural place. The whole building complex will be reserved only for us. There are rooms for 2 – 3 – 4 – 6 people. http://www.guosta.lt/
                        View the BSRT 2012 presentation.
Getting there: all the participants will be taken to the venue by the OC.

Agenda: please take a look at the table below! We have gathered all the relevant subjects, which are good to know for those interested in exchange. You are going to be asked to participate in small working groups; we’ll facilitate a workshop on having a national PET and many more!

Plane: We advise for those planning to take a plane travel to either Vilnius or Kaunas (volunteers will help you to reach coach to the venue). Distance between these two cities is only 100 km, moreover there is comfortable transportation system between those and tickets never cost more than 6 Euros.
Ryannair and airBaltic airlines fly to Kaunas airport. Other companies are also available in Kaunas airport.
Vilnius international airport can be reached by Ryannair, Lufthansa, LOT Polish Airlines, CSA - Czech Airlines, Finnair, Austrian Airlines, WizzAir and airBaltic; it has connections with more than 15 major European cities. More information about getting there by plane: http://www.vilnius-airport.lt/, http://www.kaunasair.lt/.

Bus: for those, who don‘t mind travelling by bus, we highly recommend doing so. We advise to arrive whether to Kaunas or to Vilnius – again, you will be welcomed by our volunteers and we‘ll help you catch the coach to the venue.
Both cities are very reached cheap with SimpleExpress; carriers like Eurolines, Ecolines and others are also present.
More information about getting there by bus: http://www.simpleexpress.eu/

Car: if you plan to arrive by car, please, do get in touch with us personally.

Free time activities: we are really happy about our agenda and we promise you won’t find yourself wondering – what to do next?

For some social evening we’ll have a hot tub, steam room, also there is a lake nearby, but it is not advised to take a bath in it during Lithuanian spring.
