We reccomend you to buy EC and montly ticket as it is the cheapest way to use public transport in Vilnius. You can use monthly ticket for busses and trolleybuses, except:
  • Bus number 5 (you can only use single tickets for this bus and buy them in vehicle)
  • Minibuses
  • Night buses

  • TAXI. You can also use taxi in Vilnius (phone numbers: 1818; 1313, 1410) Price: 1km = 1,25Lt or more (depends on taxi company).
Accomodation - Dormitory. Ask your contact person for more information.
Dinning. At the beginning of the month you will get Dinner tickets for each day since your arrival, except weekends.With these you will get dinner at the canteen of the hospital. 
Social program. We will give you many suggestions for your social program. So you (together with other exchange students) will have to choose your priorities. Social program may include trips (to Kaunas, Trakai, Nida, Palanga and etc.), parties (welcome party, national dish party, clubs, pubs :), sports (rafting, horse riding, billiards, bowling and etc.) camping, visiting museums, concerts and so on.. Be sure you‘ll have enough energy for social program.. :D yuuuuhuuuuu
